Westin wurde auf einer Ranch in Texas eingesetzt und er wurde in allen Aspekten der Rancharbeit eingesetzt, vom Abseilen über das Sortieren bis hin zum Branding von Rindern. Westin wurde ebenfalls abgeseilt. Er wurde rund um die Ranch eingesetzt, aber sein Lieblingsplatz auf den Wanderwegen. Er wurde in mehreren Staaten geritten und er hat alles Mögliche auf den Trails gesehen. Er wird Bäche, Gräben, Baumstämme überqueren und durch raue felsige Gebiete navigieren. Er hat einen geschmeidigen Joggen und eine sehr schöne Piste! Er wird sich zügeln und wird sich absetzen und schnell mit einem guten Rückwärtsgang anhalten. Westin ist sanft und ruhig und wird fast jedem Fahrer passen! Ich habe ihn mit meiner 4-jährigen Nichte doppelt geritten. Er ist leicht zu baden, anzuheften, zu laden und zu handhaben. Auf den Wegen war er allen Arten von Wildtieren wie Rehen oder Truthähnen oder anderen Tieren wie Kühen oder Hunden ausgesetzt und wird auch überall hingehen, wo er gefragt wird. Er wurde viele Meilen in den Bergen von Ost-Kentucky geritten und stieß auf jedes mögliche Hindernis auf dem Weg. Er wird selbst die steilsten Hänge hinauf oder hinuntergehen, über tiefe Bäche, über umgestürzte Bäume und über alle Arten von unwegsamem Gelände, während er immer noch trittsicher ist. ONLINE AUCTION Place your bids at www.PlatinumEquineAuction.com Starting Bid $3500 Auction Ends Feb 12th Westin is a 15-15.1hh, Buckskin/Dun Quarter horse gelding that is 8 years old and has lots of experience. Westin has been used on a ranch in Texas and he has been used in all aspects of ranch work from roping to sorting to branding cattle. Westin has been pasture roped off of as well. He has been used around the ranch but his favorite place to be in out on the trails. He has been trail ridden in multiple states and he has saw everything possible on the trails. He will cross creeks, ditchs, logs and navigate rough rocky areas. He has a smooth jog and a very nice lope! He will rein around and will set down and stop quickly with a good reverse. Westin is gentle and quiet and will suit most any rider! I have ridden him double with my 4 year old neice on with me. He is easy to bath, tack-up, load and handle. On the trails he has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey or other animals like cows or dogs and will go anywhere that he is asked too. He has been rode many miles in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and over all types of rough terrain while still being sure footed.
