Toby has been used for every job on the ranch. He has gathered and doctored yearlings, been hauled for countless trail rides, and has proven himself to be the same trustworthy partner every time you saddle him. He is truly point-and-shoot—confident, willing!
In the arena, Toby is a pleasure to ride. He lopes around like a Quarter Horse, is soft, good-leaded, and rides one-handed. He is broke enough to go bridleless, and he has also been ridden English, making him versatile for riders who enjoy multiple disciplines. Recently started over fences, he took to jumping naturally and confidently.
Before joining our program, Toby was used as a rodeo flag horse and to clear cattle from the arena. He has been under bright lights, loud music, and big-crowd energy—nothing fazes him. His gentle disposition is truly genuine, and his big, friendly personality makes him a barn favorite.
