Born on April 22, 2010, “Dunny” as we call him, has a wealth of experience under his belt and is a great all around horse. He stands 15 hands tall and has a solid, thick build. He has great conformation and is very uniquely colored. Dunny has a sound mind; he is quiet, gentle, friendly, and easy to handle. He has a willing to please attitude and great disposition. As an AQHA registered gelding, he is bred very well and has great names like “Hollywood Dun It” on his papers. Dunny is an excellent riding horse as he will lope circles both ways, taking the correct leads. He also neck reins, backs, and has a nice stop. He is also an excellent trail horse as we have ridden him many miles on all sorts of terrain. He will go up and down steep hills, cross logs, creeks and mud with ease and is surefooted on even the rockiest terrain. We’ve also used Dunny to work, move and check our cattle and to check fences and pastures. Dunny is such a great mount to ride for just about whatever you would want to go do. He has been around other livestock such as cows, sheep, goats and he is even used to the dogs and cats running around at the barn. Dunny is good with tarps, whips, and guns as you can see in the video. He tacks up quiet, is quiet in the stall and stands patiently in the cross ties. He hauls great, stands for the farrier, and loves a bath. Dunny is also completely traffic safe and has even been ridden to town. Dunny is an all-around amazing horse.
