If you’re looking for a kind and honest mare with an outstanding pedigree and exceptional conformation with a beautiful overall appearance. She has been professionally trained and shown in reining, she competed as a 3 yo in the Belgian futurity. However we find that Alice is naturally more comfortable in a slower relaxed rhythm than in the speed and intensity required for higher level reining. Although she had the training we did a lot more all-round work, ranch riding and some ranch trail. With her looks and excellent body control she could go any way in the all-round classes. Alice responds best to a rider who rides with feel rather than pressure. She is willing and cooperative but does not thrive with excessive pressure or force. She enjoys being outdoors and is happiest with a lot of turnout. She can be stabled at night but she is not a horse that enjoys spending 22 hours a day in a stall. Too much confinement makes her anxious while regular turnout keeps her relaxed and content. She forms a strong bond with her human so finding the right home for Alice is my priority. She is an incredibly nice mare with a kind heart and is looking for someone who values partnership over pressure, in return she will become an incredibly rewarding horse to own.
