She has the brains, beauty, and ability to be anyone’s dream horse. At just 7 years old, Berta has her whole life to spend with you! She was professionally started in the natural horsemanship, and western pleasure world. Berta is a gorgeous mover, she floats across the arena beautifully in her gaits and transitions. She has a very natural level, low head set and is very easy to cue. She has perfected her circles in the arena and glides softly around in all her gaits. She responds nicely to leg cues, and moves very softly in the bridle. Even though Berta has spent most her early years in the arena she has become a veteran trail companion is such a short about of time! She is confident and comfortable out on the long mountain trails. She has been rode all over the bay areas national parks, that are very crowded with hikers, wildlife, and bikers! She has seen many miles of trails, steep and narrow! She crosses bridges, rides without hesitation through rushing creeks, and will go over any downed object in her path! Berta is safe! She doesn’t get “fresh”, you cannot ride her for long periods of time and she will act like you never skipped a day! She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body.
