Meet Bruno an absolutely gorgeous, gentle 11 yr old buckskin gelding standing 15.1hh, and the true definition of steady and kind. Bruno is very well mannered and it shows. He has an excellent temperament, plenty of training, ranch work experience, and the type of kind and gentle nature that’s truly hard to find! He is built correctly- big boned and built to last. He genuinely loves being around people and soaking up all the attention you could possibly give him.
Bruno is a very confident ride. Whether you’re out on the trails, riding next to roaring farm machinery, working cattle, or riding through the busy downtown city traffic, he’ll always take care of you. He is use to ranch work, pushing cattle, pasture roping, checking fences, etc. As for the trails, if asked he will safely take you up or down some sketchy terrain with nothing but patience. He isn’t going to spook at wildlife, dogs, or even angry bulls out in the pasture. He handles it all calmly and sophisticatedly. Bruno is so honest and full of try. He will be just as confident solo as he is in a group, which makes for such a worry-free ride! Smooth, safe, comfortable, and responsive are a couple of the things that best describe Bruno’s qualities. He has a nice stop, comfortable steady trot, and smooth lope.
On the ground Bruno is super easy to catch, hauls and loads like a pro, stands patiently to be groomed or bathed, and is also great for the farrier. He always has the best attitude- quiet, yet athletic and is always up for a challenge.
