Cody is a gorgeous 13 year old grade chestnut roan gelding. Along with his cuteness, he is the perfect height standing at 14.2 hands tall and all the shape you could want. Cody isn't just an eye catcher he is broke for any level rider.
Cody will walk all day if asked. He has a nice cowboy trot to him and transitions to a nice lope. He neck reins with one hand or you can ride him two handed, responsive to leg cues, backs and stopd when asked.
He is out standing on the trails and has been trail ridden extensively through many different types of terrain. He is sure footed and honest. Cody is not spooky and will cross creeks, go through any body type of water, thick brush, logs, bridges, rough terrain, up and down cliffs with ease. He has been rode on the road and is use to all kinds of traffic, heavy machinery and ATV’s. He is also dog safe. You can ride Cody out alone with ease or with other horses.
He's also been used to sort and pen cattle in the fields as well as taken to local cattle sorting. Cody will stand still for you to get on him from the ground or a mounting block. He stands to be groomed, fly spray, stands still to be saddled, takes the bridle with ease, bathes good, loads like a dream, clips great, and stands for the farrier. UTD on vaccines, coggins and farrier.
