Tons of shape, thick made, well-balanced with a cute head. He is so sweet and kind, enjoys being with you and is an in-your-pocket kind of guy but he is respectful and has excellent ground manners. We love Sterling, he has that easy going personality and willing attitude that makes him perfect for the whole family. He's been rode all over the ranch, seen miles in the mountains that makes for a fancy trail horse. He is a point and go type of horse that carefully works his way through the roughest, rockiest terrain and is sure footed every step. He always carries his head level, smooth to ride, and is happy to ride in any position in a group or he will ride off alone without a fuss. We have ponied other horses off of him, have had calves roped and brought them to the trailer to be loaded and we have shot off of him. He rides in the arena just as well as he rides outside. He will lope pretty circles, stop correctly on the hind end and has a nice turn around. Sterling goes over all the trail obstacles with ease. He stays broke with time off, no warm up needed. He gets along well with all the horses including mares, geldings and studs. He also isn't bothered by poultry, pigs or llamas. He will load in and back out of the trailer, hauls well.
