He stands 15.2hh & weighs 1200lbs. He has straight and correct legs, and heavy bone and foot which should help him stay sound for a lifetime. He has the kindest eye! He always meets you at the stall door to be pet and be loved on. He is great in a herd or in a stall. Miles is gentle to be around, has great ground manners, and loves to be pampered. Miles is well trained both in and out of the arena, and is lightly started on the head & heel side on the dummy and cattle. He has been trail rode and ranched on extensively and goes wherever you point him. Miles will do it all, he crosses trail obstacles, down timber, tarps, creeks, and is very sure footed up and down the roughest, rocky terrain. He is traffic safe. Miles will do all aspects of ranch work like pushing, gathering, and sorting cattle. He will ride off in a group or alone. Miles has a true one-handed neck rein and rides off your seat and legs. He rides in any bit. Miles lopes nice, slow smooth circles and has great transitions from a walk to trot to lope. We love Miles, he is so gentle and kind!
