Silver is a five year old ApHC gelding that stands 14.3! I’ve never come across a horse this intelligent in a long, long while. I’ve had the pleasure of riding this horse for 6 months now and it has truly been one of the funnest experiences! His stop and turn around are big, smooth, and seemingly effortless! He rides light and supple in the in the face and body no matter what bit or bridle you put on him! Although he does not have a %100 finished reining handle on him, he is well started and can execute slide stops, spins, lead changes, and side passing! I’ve also been working him for the last 30 days on the Buffalo and he is in love with it! He watches the Buffalo like a hawk and his rate and is easy and natural! We have rode silver outside quite a lot as well and have roped the lead steer and out in the pasture and trail ridden him at the local state park. Although Silver is alert to everything around him, he is not spooked or startled easily! He crosses logs and water with ease and the presence of deer and turkey has not phased him at all!
