Bondolo wurde 2023 in Redefin gekört und überzeugt auf Anhieb mit seiner Typstärke, der charmanten Art und dem wunderschönen Gesicht. Bonds selbst war Seriensieger in Dressurpferdeprüfungen und erfolgreich bis in die schwere Klasse. Seine Nachkommen werden besondern für ihre hohen Rittigkeitswerte, die exzellente Bewegungsqualität und Typstärke geschätzt. Bonds Pedigree wird durch die modernen Dressurpferdemacher Benicio, Sir Donnerhall und Rubinstein I abgerundet. Bondolos Muttervater Totilas war wohl der bekannteste Dressurhengst und bewegte die Menschen weit über den Dressursport hinaus. Er stellte drei Weltrekorde auf und war dreifacher Weltmeister und zweifacher Europameister, sowie zweifacher Niederlänischer Meister und zweifacher Deutscher Meister. 2010 gewann Totilas das Weltcup-Finale in ’s-Hertogenbosch, Niederlande. Die dritte Mutter Pia brachte das S-Dressurpferd Walk of Life von Wolkentanz II.
