Snotra ist eine freundliche und höfliche junge Stute mit einem eher ruhigen bis mittleren Temperament, die in unsicheren Situationen einen ruhigen und erfahrenen Reiter braucht. Hat sie Vertrauen zu ihrem Reiter macht sie alles mit. Aufgrund ihres Alters und Ausbildungstandes ist sie kein Kinder oder Anfängerpferd. Gut vorstellen könnte ich sie mir auch für einen erfahrenen Jugendlichen. Snotra ist eine 6 jährige Stute, die 2018 in Island geboren wurde. Seit über 3 Jahren lebt sie in Deutschland, ohne jegliche Anzeichen von Ekzem. Mit ihren 1,36 m gehört sie eher zu den etwas kleineren Isländern, deckt dies aber gut ab. Sie wurde letztes Jahr schonend von mir angeritten und kennt die Arbeit in der Halle sowie Ausritte im Gelände, alleine, zu zweit oder in der Gruppe. Sehr gerne geht sie dort auch als Handpferd mit. Bisher wurde sie nur 4-gängig geritten mit viel leicht zu reitenden Tölt im langsamen bis mittleren Tempo. Galopp in der Halle ist noch eine Kraftfrage, stellt aber bergauf im Gelände keine Probleme dar. Sie ist Schmiede und Verladefromm, regelmäßig geimpft und entwurmt. Auch Traktoren, Autos und Hunde erprobt. In der Herde ist sie ruhig und unauffällig, kennt auch gemischte Gruppenhaltung. Standort: 65618 Selters Preis 9. 000 Euro vhb. Snotra is a friendly and polite young mare with a rather calm to medium temperament who needs a calm and experienced rider in uncertain situations. If she trusts her rider, she will do anything. Due to her age and level of training, she is not a horse for children or beginners. I could also imagine her for an experienced youngster. Snotra is a 6-year-old mare who was born in Iceland in 2018. She has been living in Germany for over 3 years without any signs of eczema. At 1.36 m, she is one of the somewhat smaller Icelandic horses, but covers this well. She was gently broken in by me last year and knows how to work in the indoor arena as well as riding out in the field, alone, in pairs or in a group. She is also very happy to go along as a hand horse. So far she has only been ridden at 4 gaits with lots of easy to ride tölt at a slow to medium pace. Cantering indoors is still a question of strength, but does not pose any problems when going uphill. She is well behaved at the farrier and loader, regularly vaccinated and wormed.
