Efrin came from old Mexico where he was a ranch mule. He made a living checking and taking care of cattle and his rider out in rough country. He is very gentle and great with people. He loves attention and being brushed. He is good from his feet to his ears. From his ranching experience, he is one of the best trail mules I have ever ridden. He is a professional when it comes to mountains and trails. I have led pack strings on him and have used him to snub young mules on. He is stout from the horn. You do NOT need to be a cowboy to ride this mule! He will stand for a mounting block to get on. He is very broke and safe. Efrin rides one handed, has a great stop and neck rein on him. He will side pass and back up better than most horses. He is one cool ride. I have roped cattle on him outside he will track right up on them and give you a great shot to catch.
