This typy colt with jumping potential and impressive gallop comes from the first crop of the Hanoverian Chawonix. Chawonix, a promising stallion from the 2021 crop, impresses early on with his potential. Although he has not yet achieved any sporting successes himself, he has already been awarded as a premium stallion. His pedigree, however, promises great things. His sire, the Mecklenburg stallion Chacoon Blue, has impressively proven his class in show jumping with over 80 placements in more than 190 starts and has over 800 offspring.

The dam of Chawonix, the Hanoverian mare Va-Verdi Crazy Love, brings another dimension of quality to the breeding line with her sire, the Belgian Warmblood Vagabond de la Pomme. Vagabond de la Pomme himself has achieved over 70 placements in 171 starts and is the sire of over 500 offspring. With this outstanding genetic foundation, Chawonix is eagerly anticipated in the breeding scene. The first foals born this season could mark the beginning of a new success story. His hereditary power, supported by the impressive performances of his ancestors, gives hope for a successful future both in sport and in breeding.

The dam of the offered foal is a daughter of the Thoroughbred Ituango xx. Ituango xx was successful in flat racing and has already impressively proven his breeding power. Of 115 offspring, one (Airman xx) has been licensed, five mares have been state premium awarded, and 31 are successful in dressage, show jumping, eventing, and driving up to the advanced level. In the descending line of the dam, proven stallions can be found, suggesting a future for the foal in eventing or show jumping.
