Liebenswerter 9jähriger Wallach

On behalf of the owner, this beautiful, kind-hearted gelding is looking for a wonderful new home. He is 9 years young, approximately 1.64m tall, and compactly built. In terms of character, he is very sweet, sometimes a bit shy around strangers, but once you win his heart, he is a very loyal partner. He loves going out on trails, where he can truly relax and it brings him immense joy. He is also fine going out alone. He is also nice to ride in dressage. Due to his sometimes shy nature, he is not really a beginner's horse. He has not much experience in jumping yet, so he needs a bit more training for greater ambitions.

In handling, he is a real gem, whether grooming at the tying spot, with the farrier, or loading into the trailer, it’s all no problem for Balou. 

Balou impresses with his very good looks, his harmonious conformation, and he is healthy. At the age of 3, two small cysts were found in his left knee joint during a routine X-ray examination; these are clinically completely harmless and therefore of no relevance. He has never been lame. Flexion tests and clinical examinations are all negative. The current X-rays from 2025 and a report of the clinical examination from the veterinarian are available. A clinical pre-purchase examination from 2024 with no findings is also available.
