PUSH THAT BANDIT (BANDIT)
Bandit is an 8 year old, 14 hand, TWH gelding. He is an absolutely beautiful blue roam with a flowing mane and tail. He is truly an eye catcher. Bandit loves attention and is usually the first horse to welcome you in the pasture he shares with three other horses. He’s number 3 in the pecking order. He is a very easy keeper. He receives one boiler of feed a day with his vitamins. Bandit stands to be bathed, is easy to load, is easy to catch and wants to please. He stands still for you to saddle and mount. In one clip, my wife is saddling him from the back of the trailer saddle compartment. She clues him to move toward her as she places the saddle on his back. He is very intelligent and loves a gentle touch. He puts his confidence in his rider. We talk to our horses and the word “EASY” is a key word.
Bandit has been ridden on the trails in Louisiana, Arkansas, to the Shawnee National Forest in Illinois. He goes where you ask him to go. We do a lot of riding in the woods and on the trails. He has no problem crossing water or bridges. He has been exposed to plenty of deer, dogs and cows. As you can see in the videos; balls, tarps, roping, dragging objects and shooting a pistol does not faze him. He loves to play bump the ball. He has a very smooth gait and easy walk. Bandit is handsome in the way he carries his head and tail while gaiting. He is a wonderful horse for the entire family. We never say child safe because we don’t know your child’s riding ability. Our 14 year old granddaughter rides him a lot when she is visiting. My wife and I still enjoy riding in our older ages of 76 and 80. Having a safe horse under you makes a big difference. Bandit knows how to side pass and how to side pass to you. We made a lot of clips to show just what Bandit can do.
