Meet this fancy girl, Avonna. She is a 5-year-old black-and-white Friesian/Gypsy Vanner cross mare. She stands 14.3 hands. Avonna is a shapely mare with a quiet mind and beautiful movement. We have owned Avonna since she was 8 months old. Ever since then, we have tremendously enjoyed having her on our farm. Avonna has been my wife’s personal horse for the last 3 years, and the one we use to give our kids rides. Avonna loves to be groomed and bathed. She is very gentle with kids. Avonna is very well trained in riding and driving. She picks up both leads and canters a beautiful circle on a loose rein. Moves well off of leg pressure and is nice and soft in the bridle. Avonna is very surefooted and careful on the trails, crosses logs, and other obstacles without a fuss. She also rides English and looks nice doing it with her long mane flowing in the wind.
