Haflinger mare "Shelly", 17 years old, approximately 14.7 hh  
Shelly is a wonderfully sweet, well-behaved, and cheerful Haflinger mare with a big heart. She is easy to handle and has previously worked as a school horse. During that time, she confidently taught riding to many adults and children. Unfortunately, Shelly has developed some health issues over the past few years.  
- Cushing's disease has been diagnosed and is managed with medication  
- Occasionally, she experiences mild breathing difficulties under certain weather conditions – we support her with inhalation therapy when needed  
- No orthopedic issues; everything is in order  
In terms of riding, she is now only suitable to a limited extent. For her lungs, regular movement and increased ventilation are important, and she also enjoys attention and stimulation. However, intensive work is no longer possible. Going out on rides and occasional dressage or pole work are not a problem.  

It is very important to us that Shelly finds a place where she can spend her retirement peacefully and lovingly – place before price.  
Due to her calm and friendly nature, we could also imagine her as a therapy horse.  
A sale to traditional riding schools or riding establishments is definitely excluded.
