Sie zeigt dabei Ehrgeiz, Vermögen und Freude an der Arbeit. Auch in der Dressur präsentiert sie sich stets motiviert und bemüht. Sie arbeitet aufmerksam mit und möchte ihrem Reiter gefallen. Im Umgang ist Cassalina sehr verschmust, menschenbezogen und genießt die Aufmerksamkeit ihrer Bezugspersonen.
