An absolutely stunning 7-year-old buckskin gelding standing 15.1hh. If you’re looking for a horse that turns heads everywhere he goes and is just as enjoyable under saddle, this handsome 7-year-old Kentucky Mountain gelding is the one. This gorgeous buckskin gelding has the classic black mane and tail, a strong, balanced build, and a calm, intelligent expression. He is well broke, easy to ride, and has a willing attitude that makes every ride enjoyable. Whether you’re spending the day on the trails or taking a relaxing ride around, he is the kind of horse you’ll look forward to saddling up. Legend has a natural, smooth four-beat gait that will make you want to ride all day long. He is the best of both worlds, Legend will ride down slow or pick up and ride when asked! He is smooth, sure-footed, and carries himself with confidence. His gentle nature and dependable disposition make him a joy to own and ride. He stands quietly for grooming, saddling, and mounting, and is easy to handle both on the ground and under saddle. Legend is the pick of the barn; my wife has ridden him all over, as well as I have. He has been on many overnight camping trips, from riding in groups of 80+, to just by himself, and he is the same every time. Legend is the gelding that you just can’t get enough of. He has excelled in our program and was a pleasure to have. At 7 years old, he is in the prime of his life with plenty of good years ahead of him. If you’re looking for a dependable trail companion with beauty, brains, and a great attitude, you won’t be disappointed. This is the kind of horse that’s hard to find—good-looking, dependable, and ready to enjoy. Don’t miss the opportunity to make him part of your family.
