For sale is a 16-year-old Oldenburg gelding looking above all for a responsible, long-term home. He has been with us for the past three years and is only being offered for sale due to limited stable space.

Before coming to us, he successfully competed at a high level in show jumping. During his time with us, we carefully brought him back into regular work and have also ridden him at Elementary-level dressage. He is a versatile, experienced, and reliable partner, ideal for a rider looking for a knowledgeable horse to learn from and to begin competing in both show jumping and dressage.

He is exceptionally reliable and willing to work in the arena, and the same applies when jumping. He knows the basics of groundwork, respects personal space, and has no bad stable habits. He is kind, well-mannered, and a pleasure to handle and ride every day.

Throughout his time with us, he has been under the regular care of the same veterinarian. He has X-rays of both his legs and back. He has been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in one hock, which has been properly managed and treated once with an injection. Since then, even with regular work, he has remained sound and continues to perform his job without any issues.

Our greatest priority is finding him a loving, responsible forever home where he can stay for the rest of his life. Finding the right owner is far more important to us than making a quick sale.
