Islandzki koń Isimix, klacz, 1,27 m, koń na wyłączność, sprawdzony i niezawodny.

I am looking for a suitable home for my robust, top-fit 18-year-old Islandic pony, preferably nearby.

What would the ideal setup look like?

A pasture with a herd of geldings, preferably in an open stable environment (he enjoys playing and is more lively when he has companions), with turnout on pasture—he gets along with that without any issues.

I am hoping to find an owner who has plenty of time for him and a sense of adventure :)

The boy is completely fearless and goes happily both alone and in groups when hacking out.
He is familiar with dogs, chickens, cats, tractors… everything and is traffic-safe.

As is typical for ponies, he has a bit of a stubborn streak, so some initial assertiveness is needed.

He loves activities, which I unfortunately don’t have enough time for. Whether long rides, walks, or groundwork—he’s always eager to join.

Due to his size, I am looking for a rider who weighs no more than around 60 kg.
The rider in the photos is 1.70 m tall, and the current riding partners are also about 1.70 m.

Teitur is not a pure children's pony—this would only work with a horse-experienced mother. From teenage years onward, he’s absolutely fine!

No riding schools, please!

He has papers (mother is Icelandic, father unknown) and is recently vaccinated.
He is barefoot.

If you are genuinely interested, I look forward to hearing from you :)
