Lucy kennt bereits das Halfter, geht brav am Strick und kennt auch das Anhängerfahren. Sie ist Offenstallhaltung gewohnt und kennt im Sommer den Weidegang. Dem Menschen gegenüber ist sie zugewandt, freundlich und neugierig. Zurzeit ist Lucy ca. 135 cm groß. Ihre Mutter, eine Quarter Horse Stute, kann vor Ort besichtigt werden.
