With a heavy heart, we are seeking a suitable new home for our Haflinger mare, Alessa.

Alessa is 16 years old and has a height at the withers of approximately 13.7 hands. She is healthy and has experience driving both single and pair harness. At the end of 2025, she was backed and has shown herself to be very willing and eager to work during training.

Character-wise, Alessa is a sensitive mare who tends to be somewhat internally restless. She enjoys hacking out and is motivated and attentive when in the field. Due to her temperament and sensitivity, she requires a calm, experienced handler who can provide her with security and trust.

Alessa is not a child's pony and not suitable for beginners. However, in the right hands, she can develop into a wonderful partner with great potential.
